How Korean is Samsung? Let's guess. What % of Samsung a) revenue b) shareholders and c) employees are domestic (Korean)?/PARK HYE MIN(박혜민)
A) revenue
Among Samsung's revenue, Korea had the lowest ratio of less than 25 percent, followed by Europe, the United States, and Asia. From this, we can see that Samsung's revenue is making money by exporting products to other countries.
B) shareholders
Domestic shareholders account for 50 to 75 percent of Samsung's shareholders, followed by the United States, Europe and the rest of the world. This shows that Samsung's shareholders are symbiotic in view of the fact that Koreans have the largest share of Samsung's shareholders and that there are many companies related to Samsung.
C) employees
Finally, Samsung's employees are almost 50% in Asia and 25 to 50% in Korea. Through this, we can see that the factory that produces Samsung products is located in the Asian country, which means that many of the employees in Samsung factories have Asian nationality. The next largest number of Korean employees is Samsung, which is the second largest number of Korean employees in Asia, given that the company is headquartered in Korea.
