[Reading3] What is the relation between politics and globalization? / Jeong hyemin

Summary

Politics is inseparable from globalization. Political globalization is spreading all over the world. The first dimension of political globalization is the geopolitics of world power. Secondly, it means the rise of a global normative culture, which is independent. Also, it is most related to people.

Political globalization has the dynamics of state, nationality and citizenship, public domain and political communication, civil society and space and boundaries.

Interesting point

Networks are developed and developing all over the world. The network has made the world much more convenient. This led to further globalization, but I didn't think it had anything to do with politics. This part was interesting. With the development of the network, the political sector also develops. But there are also negative aspects of this.

Discussion

What should countries do to create a world without boundaries?
