Blog Assignment 2. Hofstede Insight / Kim Yoon(김윤)

I searched about Korea, China, and Japan.
In terms of individualism, I had expected Korea to have a higher figure than Japan. However, Japan's figure was higher, and Korea's figure was slightly lower than China's. And compared to China and Korea, Japan seemed to have a strong concept of masculinity. I could see that Japan has a lot of time to learn about competition by teaching sports a lot from kindergarten. In addition, the degree to which all three countries expressed individual desires or impulses was relatively low. I think it's because the influence of Confucianism still remains a little bit from the past.
