If the current rich countries are aging, and their population will decrease, how can it affect the world society in few decades?/PARK HYE MIN(박혜민)

In Korea, the number of babies a couple has now had is less than one. Not only the birth rate but also the marriage rate is decreasing. In the next few decades, Korea's age group believes that older people over 60 will account for half of the population. In fact, in the case of Japan next door, the problem of the elderly is prominent as a super-aged society. I believe that Korea will become like Japan in the future.

If you look at the countries that lead to this super-aged society, they are rich countries, as you can see from the question. On the contrary, poor countries, such as Southeast Asia and the African continent, show that the number of children and young people is much higher than that of the elderly. In Korea, the elderly who run farming in rural areas lack labor because of the large population of cities. The insufficient labor force is filled by the poor countries mentioned above, such as Southeast Asians, who come in and fill it with the insufficient farming labor.

So if the population decreases due to aging in the future, demand for labor will surge. It is expected that it will be able to borrow it as a labor force in other countries, or that with the development of technology, machines such as robots will be developed to replace labor and work instead. I think the world's society will show more inhumane aspects such as technology, machinery, and robots than human beings.
