 If the current rich countries are aging, and their population will decrease, how can it affect the world society in few decades?

The elderly are not well attributed to economic activity. Therefore, in order to support the elderly, the government must raise taxes to support the elderly. One of the countries that explains this to support the elderly is France. France has a three-story system of basic pensions, such as civil servants' pensions, and retirement pensions, which are decided by labor-management agreements, in order to take responsibility for the aging population.The biggest feature of France's pension system is that the wage replacement rate is high, which accounts for a large portion of senior income resources.So in fact, the poverty rate among the elderly over 60 in France is 3.3 percent, relatively lower than the overall average of 6.2 percent.
