In many places, including Korea, there is a strong relationship between education and social class. Why?/PARK HYE MIN(박혜민)
The question that the higher the educational background, the higher the income, the more it is, seems to be a matter that Korean society naturally admits.
Education is one of the sensitive and important parts of Korea. What shows this is how sensitive Korean society is to high school seniors, such as avoiding the time when they take the College Scholastic Ability Test (CSAT) so that their daily lives in Korea do not make any noise in flight. So, depending on which university you graduated from, you evaluate a person's value and then evaluate the company you apply for later life.
This assessment is that perceptions are so different depending on what job you do. For example, professional workers such as doctors, lawyers, prosecutors, teachers, and civil servants take a lot of effort and time to get this job, and once they have it, they can earn money stably, so they have no worries about the future. On the contrary, it does not cost a lot of effort, time and money, such as office workers and workers, but it has become a job that people are reluctant to do because they earn little income and worry about the future has not disappeared.
In this regard, it can be said that depending on how much education you have received in Korea, your job will change and your income will also change.
