[Reading 2] Cultural globalization

 Summary)

Globalization is a phenomenon that has not existed in the past. So we can't look at this exactly, and there won't be anything to compare. We can experience globalization because the world is connected by the development of technology. There are many things here, which would be as follows. it' flows of capital, commodities, people, knowledge, information and ideas, crime, pollution, diseases, fashions, beliefs, images and so forth. Surely we are more connected than we were 20 years ago.And this has never happened in the past. Westernization is also important for globalization. Westernization is the norm, and this is a Western look, even if globalization is similar. Globalization is all about unity, and it is about globalization. This can be seen clearly, especially in companies. It's Microsoft, Google, McDonald’s, CNN, Nike and Starbucks.

Interesting)

Come to think of it, globalization has not been in the past. I thought it was something that happened recently, but it was obvious. What do you think this is? Is it really the right situation that globalization feels natural? So what does this mean for us? There has never been such a connection and exchange between countries in history. What will the future globalization look like?

Question)

Would globalization have been possible without technological advances? And could globalization have taken place if technological advances had been in the past? If the East had been stronger than the West, would anything other than Westernization have been achieved?
