 1. Summary

Since globalization is defined in various social contexts, people's views on globalization differ. There was also a movement to protest globalization, which was once viewed as being done by a wealthy country focusing on the concept of capitalism. Since then, the view that globalization encompasses society, politics and humanity has emerged. There is a form of globalization that we view as the aspects of the international system, the concept of mankind, and the sum of individual selfs. The theory that defines globalization is Modernization theory, Dependency theory and World-system theory. First of all, there is a Modernization theory that does not help society but helps productivity. This theory needs to be accepted by people. Also, the second theory, Dependency theory, notes the development of developing countries and states' participation in the global economy is inevitable.
