Out of three important dimensions of globalization, which is most important? / CHOI JAEMIN

In the old days, of course, I thought that politics was the most important part of globalization.

In those days when individuals were not able to travel freely to and from different countries, and without such technology, all the elements of globalization began with national policy and so on.

I think the most representative example is the difference between Korea and Japan in the late 19th century. Japan developed its national power based on its free globalization policy, and the Republic of Korea sought to de-globalize itself through a closed-door policy.

However, I think that cultural factors have become the most important factor in globalization now.

Of course, the political and economic aspects are important, but many people want to travel to other countries, and they are interested in other countries because they want to experience different cultures from their own. So I think that a great deal of globalization has been achieved on the planet today in order for so many people to experience the cultures of other countries and to spread their culture to other countries.
