power distance

Germany's figure is the lowest compared to Angola, Germany, South Korea and Vietnam. This means that Germany recognizes and accepts the most power when it is discriminated against, sequentially Germany, South Korea, Vietnam and Angola. The point to look at is the order. The farther away they are from developed countries, the more they seem to admit the distance of power and recognize discrimination.

Individualism
In this regard, Germany is far the highest at 67. Germany prefers individualism, while the other three countries prefer a sense of community to individualism.

Masculinity
This result seems to differ from continent to continent. In situations like Europe and Germany, the achievement-oriented and competitive figure is 60 while Angola, which belongs to Africa, is very low in the 20s, less than one-third of one-third. On the other hand, Asian countries Vietnam and South Korea have similar figures. In other words, it can be confirmed that this social atmosphere varies from continent to continent.

uncertainty avoidance
Korea has the highest record in graph. The figure is as high as 85, meaning that South Korea tends not to want a change, and what is not certain is unacceptable. Vietnam, on the other hand, is 30. It seems to have something to do with the current mood of the country. Vietnam is now changing and developing at a rapid pace. Such an impact seems to have come a long way.

Long-Term Orientation
South Korea recorded a whopping 100 figures. There is more to do for the future than for the reality. Germany also records many figures. In this graph, it seems to have been shown in the order of surplus of countries. Germany and South Korea belong to the advanced countries of the four countries, while Angola, the direction of development in Vietnam, is relatively poor. That's why it's a more important figure for the moment.

indulgence
In this part, Angola is surprisingly high in numbers, it seems to tend to be optimistic and happy. For the first time, Korea's figure was the lowest on its own. This means that rather than expressing a strict atmosphere, it is a shame to show Koreans living in fierce competition and busy lives.
Overall, most of the figures seem to produce similar results depending on the location of the country's position. Korea and Germany are advanced countries. Vietnam is a country that is in a long process of development, and Angola has yet to make a big development. In other words, these effects of the country seem to show differences in each figure.
