Economic Globalization

 1) Summary

As developing global economic, there are many transitional corporations(TNC). The development of trading companies has promoted TNCs more and more. Before the World War I, TNCs have grown exponentially. But a small number of large corporations accounted for a large portion of sales. Although the most major TNCs were mainly active in their's own countries, they had a common sense which is that they operate in different political, social and cultural environments. Economic growth has created multinational corporations in developing countries, but most of them are developed countries. The reason why companies become TNC is because of saturation and human resources in the domestic market. (There are also various reasons such as cultural and political reasons.) In addition, companies developed new fields or collaborate with existing companies to create new competitive structure as colleagues and competitors. Unlike the general idea of expansion after domestic market occupation, TNC could spread overseas directly by relying on the internet and network. Also, the culture and ideology of geography can never be ignored and the TNCs should act in consideration of that. Although TNC company is spread out in many countries, their roots are in their own countries, with marketing centered on other countries and core development in their home country.

 2) Interest

I thought that the reason why domestic companies are going abroad is to reduce the insufficiency of labor costs, but it was interesting to know that they are going to abroad with various factors beyond this problem. Maybe, it is strange to me. McDonald's hamburgers which we can eat commonly may have different menus and recipes depending on geography, and the electronic devices which we use may have different processes and methods of making the product, and we were accepting it without awkward
